Summary: Home was roomy, well maintained and in a quiet family friendly neighborhood. Kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals. Backyard patio was comfortable and quiet. We used the pellet grill to prepare many meals. Will definitely be coming here again.

Summary: The home, location, and property management are beautiful and well put together. I misread the property listing and didn’t realize the double sleeping space in the common area was two couches. The house appears lived in which made me uncomfortable. My whole group agreed to feeling uncomfortable staying a in seemingly lived home. The pantry and fridge are full. The drawers are full. There was dirty clothes in the laundry and dirty dishes in the dishwasher. I typically get a home so I can feel at home while on vacation. Typically I would unpack my bag and fill the fridge and cabinets with groceries for my stay but most of those spaces aren’t available and I didn’t want to get my stuff mixed up with theirs so it just made it feel off for me and my group. Overall it was manageable and the home was beautiful and nicely located so it didn’t take away from the rest of my vacation plans.

Summary: We spent 10 days here on a work assignment. The check in process was slightly problematic because the code was wrong, but the property manager was very quick to respond. The house is spacious and in a quiet neighborhood in walking distance to a dog park. Typically rental homes have mostly empty drawers and this was not the case. There was a surprising amount of food (a years worth) and personal belongings. Nevertheless, we were able to make ourselves at home. I will say that it was unsettling to have so many security cameras around. There was a sense that we were being watched/listened to which felt invasive.

Summary: My family and I booked this VRBO while in Arizona for a sporting event at Bell Bank Park. Each one of us loved this place very much as it is very beautiful, spacious, and comfortable for the six of us. We would highly recommend this place to any family looking for a place to stay while in or near Phoenix. Thanks again for accommodating us and making our stay a pleasant experience.
